      Good rower to start with if you are just beginning. Solid and easy to assemble. Digital read out box is a waste though. I just go by time rowing total. I use it o highest level (6) as seems lower settings are too easy. Worth the money for what you get. 10 minutes at level 6 I could feel a good muscle burn.

          I have rheumatoid arthritis and was looking for a form of exercise that would not stress joints and would still help keep me trim. The rowere is awesome!! If has fulfilled all of my expectations. I use it twice daily and am already feeling great after only a week! It works everything!! I look forward to years of increased fitness and decreased pain. Great product!
